We are so excited to bring our 11th annual GSA Conference, called Dreaming New Worlds, to 2SLGBTQIA+ and allied junior high and high school students and their GSA facilitators in Nova Scotia within Mi’kma’ki. This year, our conference will happen over two days, on November 20th and 21st over Zoom.
We are honoured to announce this year’s Keynote Speaker, Kai Cheng, MSW, MŚc, an author, performer, queer healer, sex educator, mediator, wicked witch and lasagna lover based in Tkaronto/ Toronto. This year’s theme “Dreaming New Worlds” will be a catalyst for exciting and thoughtful conversations around imagining liberatory futures through youth leadership, honouring our 2SLGBTQIA+ legacies, centering transformational collective care, fostering community resistance, and celebrating our vibrancy and deep power.
